이번 행사는 지난 3월 26일 ‘해상풍력특별법 시행령’이 본격 시행됨에 따라 변화된 정책 환경을 점검하고, 전남 해상풍력 산업의 새로운 도약 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 전남광주통합특별시 출범을 앞두고 전남의 재생에너지 자원과 광주의 첨단 AI 역량을 결합한 지역 성장 전략이 집중적으로 논의됐다.

이날 현장에는 장충모 협회장을 비롯해 유현호 전남도 에너지산업국장, 협회 회원사 및 유관 기관 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석해 뜨거운 관심을 보였다.

육성포럼에서는 특별법 시행 이후의 구체적인 변화와 대응 과제들이 심도 있게 다뤄졌다. 주요 세션으로는 ▲해상풍력특별법령 시행의 주요 내용과 쟁점 ▲특별법 시행에 따른 환경·사회 리스크 관리 방안 ▲전라남도 해상풍력 프로젝트의 경제·환경·사회적 효과 등이 발표됐다.
