행사에는 김영록 전남도지사와 김성일 전남도의회 부의장, 강인규 나주시장, 정종순 장흥군수, 이승옥 강진군수, 전동평 영암군수, 우수기업 대표, 일자리·경제·투자유치 유공자 등 50여 명이 참석했다.

이번 행사는 우수사례를 공유하는 뜻깊은 자리가 됐다. 양질의 지역 일자리 창출을 위해 노력한 일자리 우수기업에 인증서 수여, 일자리·경제․투자유치 분야별 우수 시군 및일자리․투자유치 공로자 표창 수여 등이 이어졌다.
