(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자= 전라남도는 23일 오전 도내 모든 지역에 호우예비특보가, 15개 시군에 강풍예비특보가 발효됨에 따라 인명․재산피해를 예방하기 위한 총력 대응에 나섰다.

전남도는 이날 도청 재난종합상황실에서 지난 2020년, 2021년과 같은 호우피해가 재발하지 않도록 도 13개 재난협업부서 담당자가 참석한 가운데 ‘여름철 풍수해 대비 계획 점검 및 상황판단 회의’를 열었다.(사진)

참석자들은 24일까지 예상되는 호우 전개 양상 등 기상 상황을 공유하고, 분야별 예방 활동에 들어가는 등 피해 최소화를 위해 적극 대응키로 했다.

전남도는 풍수해 최소화를 위해 ▲상습 침수지역 배수로 본격 강수 이전 정비 ▲수방 자재 전진 배치 ▲유수 소통 지장물 제거 ▲배수펌프장 가동 상태 및 정전 대비 점검 ▲옥외 간판․소형선박 등 결박 및 고정 ▲낙석·산사태·침수 위험지역 주민 사전대피 등 대책을 마련했다.

이와 함께 재해취약지역 사전점검․예찰 활동을 벌이고 있으며, 2020~2021년 수해 지역 침수 재발 방지와 인명피해 예방대책을 수립해 추진하고 있다.

기상청은 이번 강수가 전남 대부분 지역에 50~100mm, 많은 곳은 150mm 이상까지 내릴 것으로 예보했다. 특히 이날 밤부터 24일 새벽에 강수가 집중될 전망이다.

김운형 전남도 자연재난과장은 “길었던 가뭄을 해결할 것으로 보이는 많은 강수가 예상되지만, 국지적 호우로 저지대와 침수 위험지역 주민에겐 위험한 상황이 발생할 수 있다”며 “과거 호우피해지역 예찰을 강화하고 강풍에 따른 낙하물 피해 예방, 만조시기 전후 저지대 주민 대피 등 능동적이고 선제적 대응을 해달라”고 당부했다.

이어 “협업부서에는 2020년, 2021년 집중호우 피해지역 및 복구사업장 사전점검, 신속한 기상 및 피해상황 공유를 위한 도․시군 단톡방 운영, 어촌계 주민과 육상 양식어가 등 분야별 맞춤형 문자발송 등 지난 5월 수립한 ‘여름철 풍수해 종합대책’의 현장 실행 여부를 점검하고 철저히 이행해달라”고 강조했다.
