연찬회에선 미 활동자 해촉으로 대체 선발된 신규 메신저 20명에게 위촉장을 수여하고 구성원 결속과 화합을 다졌다. 2024~2026 전남 세계관광문화대전과 2026 여수세계섬박람회 성공 개최를 기원하기 위해 순천 선암사와 여수 장도 등 주요 관광지를 돌며 홍보 활동도 펼쳤다.

전남도 민원메신저는 현재 293명이 제12기 활동에 참여하고 있으며, 지난해 2천425건의 도민 불편사항을 제보하는 등 역대 최고의 성과를 거뒀다. 올해는 3천 건을 목표로 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있는 가운데, 현재까지 963건의 실적을 올렸다.
