설명회는 베트남 하노이와 라오스 비엔티엔에서 현지여행사, 항공사, 한국관광공사 하노이지사 등이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 현지에서 큰 호응을 받으며 성황리에 마무리됐다.

이번 설명회를 통해 전남도와 베트남 협력 여행사인 에이 앤드 티는 2024년 설 연휴 등에 무안국제공항 전세기 운항을 확정하고, 관광객 1천 명을 목표로 전남관광 상품 소개 및 판매에 들어가기로 했다.

주요 방문지는 신안 퍼플섬, 순천 낙안읍성, 목포 근대역사관 등이다. 특히 겨울철 특화 프로그램으로 준비한 영암·보성 딸기 따기, 곡성 눈썰매, 나주·목포 찜질방 체험에 현지 여행업계가 큰 관심을 보였다.
