직장을 다니면서도 육아와 가족돌봄 등으로 고용 유지가 어려운 재직여성, 출산 후 경력이 단절돼 다시 취업에 도전할 용기가 없는 구직여성에게 경력개발과 경력유지 동기를 부여하고 격려하기 위한 것이다.

생애주기 프로그램은 ▲여성 직장인으로서 성공적 경력개발 및 강점 탐색, ▲소중한 나의 모든 인생과 주도적 커리어 설계 ▲성공적 직장 복귀 기법 등으로 구성됐다.

이에 따라 1일 육아로 인해 직장생활이 단절됐던 장성 지역 구직여성들에게 재취업을 위한 ‘경력 탐색과 커리어 로드맵 그리기 교육’을 운영했다. 앞서 지난 4월엔 장흥과 고흥 지역 재직여성을 대상으로 ‘여성 직장인으로서 성공적인 경력개발 워크숍’을 진행했다.
