김영록 전남도지사는 30일 남악스카이웨딩컨벤션에서 열린 전남 농축협조합장 포럼에서 200여 명의 참석자들에게 세계로 웅비하는 행복전남 정책 및 농정운영 방향을 소개하고, 적극적인 참여와 협조를 당부했다.

김영록 지사는 이 자리에서 민선8기 5개월간의 성과를 설명하며 “더 큰 미래, 위대한 전남의 힘찬 발걸음을 지지해준 조합장과 도민께 깊이 감사드린다”며 “전남도의 비전인 ‘세계로 웅비하는 대도약, 행복전남시대’를 실현해 전남이 역사적 대전환시대를 주도하겠다”고 강조했다.

이어 “도정 핵심 키워드인 고품질․스마트․수출농업을 통해 전남 농업이 고부가가치 생명산업으로 성장하도록 다각적으로 지원하겠다”며 농가소득, 미래농업, 고부가가치 등 2023년 농정 운영방향을 제시했다.

따뜻한 행복공동체 전남 건설에 앞장서고 대한민국 균형발전의 선도지역으로 성장하도록 세계일류와 경쟁하는 글로벌 도정을 펼치겠다는 의지도 내비쳤다.

김영록 지사는 “올해 고물가․고금리․고환율 등 ‘3고’와 수확기 쌀 가격 하락 등 어려운 순간마다 전남 농축협이 농업인의 목소리를 잘 대변해왔다”며 “앞으로도 농민 삶의 현장에서 농업․농촌의 든든한 동반자로서 역할을 충실히 해주길 바란다”고 당부했다.

한편 이날 포럼에서 농협중앙회 전남지역본부와 시군 농축협조합에서는 도내 청소년이 지역을 대표하는 인재로 성장하길 기원하는 마음을 담아 전남도에 인재육성장학금을 전달했다.
