이번 설계공모에는 총 3개 작품이 접수돼 관내·외 대학교수, 건축사로 구성된 심사위원회가 작품별로 응모업체 발표와 질의응답, 심사위원 간 열띤 토론을 거쳐 ㈜아이에스피건축사사무소의 작품을 당선작으로 선정했다.
