이날 산행은 전남도 도립공원이자 2021년 명승 제119호로 지정된 천관산(해발 723m)에서 전남도 주관으로 이뤄졌다. 경남도청 산악회원 24명과 전남도 32명, 장흥군 11명 등 67명이 참석해 영호남 화합과 교류를 다짐했다.
