여수진로진학상담센터는 지난 26일부터 28일까지 관내 특성화고・마이스터고 학생 30명을 대상으로 ‘2024 꿈대로 취업역량 강화 실전 캠프’(이하 취업 캠프)를 열고, 현업 전문가들을 멘토로 한 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 운영했다.

이번 취업 캠프는 공기업 및 국가산단 취업에 기본 사항을 알아보는 △ 기업별 채용 가이드부터 1분 스피치 지도, 자기소개서 작성, 실전 면접 등 실제 산업체에 근무한 교수와 전문가들의 이론·실습 강의로 구성됐다.

특히 지난해 여름방학 기간 한 차례에 운영됐던 취업 캠프를 올해는 2월 기본과정과 오는 7월 심화 과정으로 나눠 내실화를 꾀한 게 눈에 띈다. 새 학기가 시작되기 전 취업 캠프를 열어, 학기 중 각 학교에서 운영하는 취업역량 지원 프로그램과 연계성을 강화했다.

취업 캠프에는 한화솔루션·LG화학·남해화학 등 기업 출신 취업전략 전문가들과 지역 대학 취업 지도교수, 행복드림미래전략연구소 연구원 등이 강사로 나서 총 39시간의 교육과정을 운영했다.
