행정안전부는 지난 14일 지방자치법 시행령을 개정, 공포했다.

개정안에 따르면 인구 5만∼10만 시·군·구 부단체장의 직급을 4급에서 3급으로 상향조정했다.

이에 따라 전남에서는 △고흥군 △화순군 △해남군 △영암군 △무안군 △영광군 △완도군 부군수 직급이 3급으로 상향된다.

행안부는 부단체장과 실·국장 직급이 4급으로 동일한 인구 10만명 미만의 시군구 부단체장 직급을 3급으로 상향해 지휘 체계를 확실히 했다.
