(광주=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남대학교가 내년도 재판연구원 및 대법원 재판연구관, 신규 검사 선발에 무려 16명을 합격시키는 쾌거를 거뒀다. 특히 이들 중 15명은 현재 재학생으로 집계돼 법학전문대학원의 교육역량을 더욱 빛냈다.

전남대 법학전문대학원(이하 법전원)은 내년도 재판연구원 신규 임용시험에 재학생 11명의 합격생을 배출했다. 재판연구원은 사건의 심리 및 재판에 관한 조사·연구 등 판사를 보조하는 법률전문가로 향후 경력 법관 임용에 있어서 선발이 유력한 판사 후보군에 해당한다.

전남대는 또 대법원 재판연구관에 3학년 재학생을 최종 합격자로 배출했다.

일반적으로, 재판연구관은 대부분 현직 판사 가운데 선발되고, 재학생이나 비법관이 선발되는 경우는 드문 것으로 알려져 있다.
