(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남도의회가 사무처 직원들의 역량강화를 위해 도 집행부 등과의 교류 활성화 방안을 마련했다.

이는 지난해 인사권 독립 이후 사무처 내 제한된 전보로 인한 정체성을 극복하기 위한 타개책의 일환으로 보인다.

교류 대상 직급은 4·5·6급으로 파견기관은 중앙부처, 광역의회, 전남도 등이며,최소 1년 이상 해당 기관에서 근무해야 한다.

도의회는 자발적인 교류파견 희망자가 없을 것으로 판단하고 다양한 인센티브를 부여해 교류 파견을 활성화 할 방침이다.

인센티브의 주요 내용으로는 근무 성적 평정 시 ‘우’이상 등급부여와 함께 인사상 가산점을 1년 0.6점에서 1.0점으로 확대하고 성과상여금도 ‘A’등급 이상 지급할 예정이다.

또 교류파견자의 승진 우대를 위해 당해 직급에서 파견 실적이 없는 경우 승진 후보 1배수 이내 정기인사에서 2회 승진을 제한한다.

서동욱 의장은 “전남도를 비롯한 타 시·도의회와의 인사교류로 기관 간 협조체제를증진하고 직원의 종합적인 능력 발전의 기회를 부여하겠다”며 “상호 교류를 통해 축적된 경험과 노하우를 바탕으로 도의회 직원들의 업무적 역량이 더욱 다각적으로 활성화되길 바란다”고 말했다.
