이번 한시 백일장은 한반도의 우수한 문화와 학문을 일본에 전파한 왕인박사의 학덕과 유풍을 계승·발전하고 후학들의 문예진흥과 건전한 문화풍토를 조성하기 위한 것.

백일장의 시제는 王廟創建三十六週年有感(왕묘창건삼십육주년유감), 압운은 年(년)·邊(변)·泉(천)·仙(선)·然(연), 형식은 칠언율시다.

작품 원본 접수는 우편으로 받고, 주소는 영암군 군서면 왕인로 440번지 영암군창의문화사업소다.

영암군은 전문가 심사로 응모작 제출자 중에서 장원 1인, 차상 2인, 차하 3인을 포함한 총 51인을 선정해 시상한다.

군 관계자는 “백일장 참여 작품은 올해 안에 한시작품집으로 제작돼 응모자들에게 배부될 예정이다”며 “한시를 지으며 삶을 돌아보는 행사에 많은 관심과 참여 바란다”고 말했다.

왕인박사 추모 한시 백일장대회는 지난해 전국에서 270명이 참여하며 성황을 이뤘다.
