(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남도교육청이 22일 2024년 일반직공무원 5급 승진 대상자 19명을 확정·발표했다. 직렬별 승진임용 인원은 교육행정 17명, 시설 1명, 공업 1명이다.

승진대상자들은 도교육청 누리집을 통해 사전 공개검증 절차를 거쳤으며,서류함기법과 1:2 역할연기를 통한 역량평가(40%), 6급 또는 7급 재직기간 추진 업무에 대한 업무실적평가(20%), 6개월 이상 근무한 동료들의 다면평가(10%) 및 승진후보자명부 점수(30%)를 합산해 최종 선발됐다.

심사 결과, 이번 승진 대상자들은 모든 평가에서 고루 우수한 성적을 거뒀으며 특히, 역량평가가 합격에 주요하게 작용한 것으로 나타났다.

또한 올해는 여성 합격자가 10명으로 강세를 보여, 전남교육의 다양하고 균형적인 교육정책 추진에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
