국회 농해수위는 21일 고수온 피해를 입은 여수 가두리 양식어가를 방문해 피해 상황을 살피고, 어업인을 위로하며 애로사항을 청취했다.

이번 현장 방문은 농해수위 어기구 위원장과 더불어민주당 간사 이원택 국회의원, 국민의힘 간사 정희용 국회의원 등 19명의 위원이 모두 참석했다.

이날 김영록 지사는 “고수온으로 양식어가가 큰 어려움을 겪고 있어 신속히 2차 복구계획을 수립하고, 누락되는 피해 어가가 없도록 면밀히 살피겠다”고 말했다.

이어 “현실성 있는 복구지원을 위해 주요 품종 복구비 단가를 실거래가의 50%로 상향하고, 재해보험 주계약 담보에 고수온 포함 등 양식수산물 재해보험 제도 개선이 되도록 국회 차원의 적극적인 관심과 지원을 부탁드린다”고 요청했다.

전남도는 피해어가의 경제적 부담을 줄이고, 빠른 복구를 돕기 위해 추석 전 1차 복구를 추진, 여수 59어가에 재난지원금 25억 원(어가당 지원 한도 5천만 원), 융자 19억 원을 지원했다.
