(브레이크뉴스 광주·전남) 이학수 기자=전남도는 여수·순천 10·19사건 76주기를 맞아 지난 19일 보성 한국차문화공원 광장에서 희생자의 넋을 추모하고 유족의 아픔을 위로하는 합동추념식을 개최했다.

추념식에는 우원식 국회의장과 한덕수 국무총리, 김영록 전남도지사, 김태균 전남도의회 의장, 주철현·조계원·김문수·문금주·권향엽·신정훈·박균택·천하람 국회의원, 허은아 개혁신당 대표, 김대중 전남도교육감, 정기명 여수시장, 김순호 구례군수, 김철우 보성군수, 공영민 고흥군수 등이 참석했다.

박선호 여순 전국유족 총연합 상임대표와 여순사건 유족 600여 명도 참석해 대한민국 비극의 현대사에 대한 반성과 화해, 희망의 메시지를 전달하는 뜻깊은 행사로 치러졌다.
