지원 대상은 농업기술센터에서 발급받은 토양검정 결과를 제출한 농업인 및 농업법인에 한해 지원한다. 친환경농업인 뿐만 아니라 일반농가도 신청할 수 있다.

지원하는 유기농업자재는 친환경농어업법에서 정한 기준에 따른 공시 자재다. 상토는 공시된 제품이더라도 지원 대상에서 제외한다.

녹비작물 종자는 헤어리베치, 녹비(청)보리, 호밀, 자운영 수단그라스(조중생종·만생종)이며, 수단그라스는 인삼 재배 농가만 지원 가능하다.

지원 기준은 유기인증 농가는 ha당 200만 원, 무농약 인증 농가는 ha당 150만 원이다. 일반농가는 ha당 100만 원까지 지원 가능하다. 지원을 바라는 농가는 오는 12월 29일까지 토양검정 결과를 지참해 농지 소재지의 읍면동사무소에서 신청하면 된다.
