전남직업능력개발원과 연계해 운영된 이번 훈련은 산업체 구인 요소를 반영한 직업교육이 진행됐고, 특히 코로나19로 지난 2021, 2022년 중단됐던 숙박형 프로그램을 재개했다는 점에서 의미가 깊다.
