건설공사에 대한 안전의식 강화 및 근원적 부실시공 예방을 위해 마련된 이날 예방교육엔 전남도와 22개 시군 건설업무 관련 공무원과 현장 소장, 건설사업 관리자 등 건설 관련 종사자 500여 명이 참석했다.

특히 이번 교육은 최근 3년간 코로나에 따른 미개최 및 비대면 교육 운영으로 자칫 느슨해지기 쉬운 건설 현장 안전의식 강화를 위해 전문가 특강을 중점 운영했다.

최제원 국토안전관리원 전문교수를 초빙해 ‘건설기술진흥법’의 안전관리 절차와 스마트안전장비 및 건설사고 사례교육을 통해 건설공사 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 안전사고 사전 근절 방안을 공유했다.

또 ‘청탁금지법’, ‘이해충돌방지법’ 등 어렵게 느껴지는 관련법을 쉽게 이해하도록 O/X퀴즈 및 상황별 10가지 행위 기준 등으로 구성한 전남도 감사관실 청렴교육을 통해 건설 현장 부패 척결 의지를 다졌다.

전남도는 이번 교육을 토대로 철저한 공사 품질관리와 견실 시공이 각 현장에서 조기에 정착되도록 관계 공무원은 물론 건설 관계자와 함께 현장 안전관리 및 상황대처 능력을 지속해서 배양할 방침이다.
