이번 임시회에서는 도정 및 교육행정 질문과 도민 생활과 밀접한 조례안 등을 처리한다.

11일부터 3일간 예정되어 있는 도정 및 교육행정 질문은 22명의 의원이 김영록도지사와 김대중 교육감에게 도정과 교육행정 현안을 묻고 문제점에 대해대안을 제시할 계획이다.
