광주은행 노동조합은 지난 16일 전 조합원을 대상으로 투표를 실시한 결과 박만 후보가 당선됐다고 29일밝혔다.

주요 공약으로는 KPI 단순화 및 절대 평가제 도입, 시외 발령 폐지, 육아휴가(휴직)제도 개선, 실무평가 및 연수제도 개선 등을 내세웠다.

박만 후보는 60.4%(553표)의 득표율로 제20대 위원장에 당선됐으며, 임현철 부위원장, 조수연 부위원장, 조성환 사무국장과 함께 내년 2월부터 3년간 광주은행 노동조합을 이끈다.
