응시자격인 거주지 제한은 2020년 1월 1일 이전부터 최종(면접)시험일까지주민등록상 주소지가 전남도로 돼 있거나, 2020년 1월 1일 이전까지 과거에 전남도에 주민등록상 주소지를 두고 있었던 기간이 3년 이상인 자이다.응시연령은 18세 이상으로 2002년 12월 31일 이전 출생자부터응시가 가능하다.
