군에 따르면 이번 합동점검에는 재난부서와 고흥경찰서, 여수해양경찰서, 고흥소방서, 한국전력고흥지사, 한국가스안전공사 전남동부지사 등 유관기관이 함께 참여해 행사장 전반 점검에 돌입했다.
