광주시가 추진하는 ‘북동 사전공공기획’은 민간주도사업인 ‘북동 재개발 정비사업’에 공공이 계획과 절차를 지원하는 제도로, 서울시의 ‘신속통합기획’을 제외하고 전국 최초로 추진하고 있다.
