(담양=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자= 전남 담양 출신 향우들의 고향사랑기부제 참여가 이어지고 있다.

담양군은 전 부장판사 출신 조현호 변호사가, 수완 센트럴병원의 고길석 대표원장이 고향사랑 기부금을 쾌척하며 고향사랑의 마음을 보탰다고 21일 밝혔다.

조현호 변호사는 담양군 월산면 출신으로 97년도 제39회 사법시험을 합격하고 사법연수원을 수료한 뒤 검사로 재직했으며, 지난 10일 광주지방법원·검찰청 인근에 변호사 사무실을 개소해 활동하고 있다.

조 변호사는 “월산면에서 나고 자란 추억이 있는 고향 담양에 고향사랑의 마음을 나눌 수 있어 기쁘다”고 말하며, “기부금이 담양 발전과 지역경제 활성화에 도움이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.
